FTSE 350 sector update

With S&P500 index closing at a new 6 month high there are 8 (out of 38) FTSE 350 sectors both in an up trend and out performing the market by 5% of more over the last 3 months: Banks; Chemicals; Electronic & Electrical Equipment; Forestry & Paper; General Industrials; Industrial Transportation; Life Insurance; Support Services. There are no sectors in a down trend and under performing.

Where Can US Residents Crptiaipate In Financial Spread Betting?I've Had A Virtual Account With BetOnMarkets.com For Quite Awhile Now And I'm Comfortable Enough To Start Using Real Money. But, I Just Found Out During The Application Phase That Their Services Are Not Available To US Residents! Is There Another Website That's Just Like BOM That Is Open To US Residents? I've Searched For Several Under The Term Financial Spread Betting But All Of Them Prohibit Accounts From The United States. What Can I Do As A US Citizen To Open An Account And Where Can I Do It?
